- After registering for a TekyGo! Family Account, a six-digit Customer ID code will be emailed to you. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you can't find the email.
- On your TekyGo! Portal, go to the Settings page and connect to Wi-Fi or ethernet if you haven't done so yet
- Once connected to Wi-fi/ethernet, the Portal will ask to update to O.S Version 1.2.5B, click yes and wait for the Portal to restart. If you do not see the update pop-up, you can manually update by going to Portal Settings > O.S Update > Click on the available update.
- After updating, go back to Portal Settings > Bind > Family. The portal will ask you to enter your Customer code.
- After successfully entering your code, your Portal will be binded and your email will show on the top left of the Portal homepage.
- Once binded, you can now purchase extra games on our website. Simply add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once purchased, the games should show up in the Portal's Game Library after 2-5 minutes. Please note: we recommend purchasing 1-2 games at one time.
- Each game can now be downloaded on the Portal's Game Library Page, please download one game at a time. Once downloaded, the game will transfer to the Game Local Page for playing.
